About the JPS Hearts & Heads: Walking a Fine Line Conference

 

JPS Health Network is a DNV GL Comprehensive Level I Stroke Center, certified and designated by the State of Texas to provide the highest level of care available for stroke patients. JPS is AMI certified by The Joint Commission, receiving the organization’s Gold Seal of Approval for providing best-possible care for patients having a heart attack. We are an academic institution caring for stroke and cardiac patients focusing on positive patient outcomes. The second annual Hearts and Heads Conference is a didactic educational activity designed to provide relevant evidence-informed strategies for up to date Stroke and Cardiac emergent management and treatment methodologies that directly impact patient outcomes. This conference is designed to meet the learning needs of all disciplines involved in the care of the Found-Down Acute Stroke or STEMI Patient and provide a treatment plan in the event of a dual diagnosis of Acute Stroke/STEMI.
